1.wood which we used is old wood, take from old building. We’ll roast the wood with high temperature; kill the plant diseases and insect pests. 2.Check the wood humidity during 12-14 degree. 3.Print a Produce Plan with furniture photos, and write the furniture details, the wood workers will make the furniture as the schedule. 4.The wood worker manager will check the quality and furniture design. 5.The furniture begins to polish. The polish worker will check the furniture if it is same as Produce Plan, including the design & size etc. 6.The furniture to go lacquer. The lacquer worker will check the furniture is right and then make lacquer. Finish the lacquer, lacquer manager will check the quality. 7.The furniture will be dry with 48 hours after the lacquer. 8.Fix the handle. The worker will check the doors and drawers if they are open/close smoothly. If there is problem, we’ll repair. 9.Packing, the pack worker will check the furniture if there is some broken or damage, check the doors & drawers again, cabinet legs are leveled or not, or the leg pin lost. It will be packed if there is no problem. 10.Packing material: each pc with plastic bubble paper inlay (thickness: 5mm), 2 layer corrugated paper, rolled with plastic belt. 11. Loading the container, the furniture top against top, leg against leg, must put plywood on the middle, avoid the damage during transportation. Prohibit putting the leg on other furniture top, the leg will broke the furniture top.
